U16 - U19 Game Reporting Procedures

1. Game reporting is the responsibility of the home team for all games.

2. The designated site for reporting all game scores is Ever Bogarin (cowboys1_90001@hotmail.com).

3. All game scores must be reported by 9:00 AM the Tuesday following.  Any score not reported by the deadline will be recorded as a 1-0 victory for the visiting team.

4. All game cards will be retained by the hosting region and must be available by the Area Director or his designee for review at any time.

5. When reporting scores you must report the team numbers involved, goals for each team and any red cards or coach/spectators send offs issued by the referee of the match.  The disciplinary information must include players name and team number and reason for send-off.

6. Failure to report send-offs could result is point losses to the offending team and other disciplinary actions issued by the Area Director or his designee.

7. Regional Commissioners will be advised of send-offs to insure that the player or coach does not participate in the next game as required by Area Guidelines.

8. Area will try to have standings published by Wednesday of the week following the games.
